Trim printed paper doily in half and add 1 to each section.

Trim border edge from Graphic 45 Rare Oddities Brews and Potions. Add to bottom of banner section with the bottom of the border just touching the top of the dovetail.

Cut 3 sections from the sheet of Botanical News..using the opposite side attach to the banner sections.

Adhere a second border strip from Brews and Potions near the top of the banner section.

Add die cut letters cut from Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale Wicked Whimsey with a border of black cardstock.

Cut tag template from inside cover of 12 x 12 Rare Oddities Paper Pad and use to create 4 tags from Brews and Potions.

Finish tag with a layer of bat border from Brews and Potions.

Using a Cropodile punch holes and thread banner sections on black and white plaid ribbon. Top off with bows tied from same or complimentary ribbon.
