How to Make a Yummy Dark Chocolate Tofu Mousse Cake


Add tofu to food processor.

Add milk alternative to food processor. Put 1/2 cup first and add more at the end if needed.

Turn food processor on until all blended.

While processor is blending, grab your graham crackers and pie dish.

Add bunnies to the pie dish. Make sure there's plenty covering the whole dish and they are layering on top.

Vuola!

In a small pot, add water to boil.

Grab your dark chocolate nibs.

Put the dark chocolate nibs in another small pot of equal or smaller size than the pot of boiling water.

Once the water is boiling,

Grab the pot of chocolate nibs and put it on top of the boiling pot of water. make sure that all of the nibs melt completely. Stir occasionally.

Once it's melted pour into food processor while mixing.

Make sure its all in there.

Add agave to taste. At this point you can also be creative and add a banana or some vanilla.

Make sure that it's easy to pour out. If its too thick add some more milk until smooth. Will give a little resistance but not a lot.

Make sure it's filled up and smooth out the rough edges. You can keep it basic or feel free to decorate as you like. Blueberries on top is yummy.
